Vintage 1940's Gibson Ultratone Lap Steel Slide Guitar White with Original Case

This listing is for a Vintage 1940's Gibson Ultratone Lap Steel Slide Guitar. This Ultratone lap steel was made by Gibson in the late 1940's. The Ultatone model had Art Deco features and is one of Gibson's nicest and best looking lap steel models. This one is in nice original condition. The pickup sounds great and the electronics work fine. The lap steel has some cosmetic wear, mostly on the side where it was stored with a guitar cable in the case and a chemical reaction happened over the years and caused some finish damage on the side, see pics. The plastic is in good shape but also shows some light wear, see pics. The lap steel comes as pictured with the original case which is in rough shape but functional.
