DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS
We will ship products to anywhere.
However, the buyer is responsible for setting up the shipping.
If item is being shipped internationally, buyer is responsible for all other fees and taxes associated with international shipping.
If the purchase is an exchange, then buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of the part being exchanged.
If you need us to crate items, please contact us for additional pricing.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS will be accepted on sold as-is items.
30 day warranty on all parts unless otherwise stated
Packing slip and invoice clearly state if part was purchased on exchange or outright buy.
Parts must be returned within 20 days to qualify for exchange pricing.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange must be received first before we send ours out
OR
2. If you need immediate shipping, a core deposit is required. Once we receive your exchange, the deposit will be refunded.
A like and repairable part must be received in our facility within 20 days from the date of the shipment.
If the exchange part is not received in our facility within 20 days, you will be billed additional charges.
If the exchange part is not a like and repairable part, it will be returned to you with a written notification to provide a like and repairable part within 10 calendar days.
If one is not received within 10 calendar days, you will be billed additional charges.
DOA POLICY
DOA Part must be returned within 7 days of notification.
Failure to return a DOA we must be notified within 5 days from the date of shipment to claim a DOA part.
The part within 7 days of notification will result in additional charges up to and including original purchase price and warranty voided.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To place a warranty claim, we must be notified within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Failure to return the warranty part within 7 days after the warranty replacement is shipped will result in additional billing charges.
Warranty replacement parts must be provided by Reliant or warranty will be voided and original purchase price will be applied.
Payment must be received and paid in full for any warranty replacement part consideration.
RESTOCKS
If the part is returned within 10 days from the date of shipment, the following restock charges will apply:
Unopened/Unbroken QA Seal
10% Restock Charge
10 days or less
Unopened/Unbroken QA Seal
30% RESTOCK CHARGE
11 days or more
Broken QA Seal/Same serial number
50% RESTOCK CHARGE
Part returned after 15 days
NO RESTOCK CONSIDERATION
ADDITIONAL BILLING
If the exchange part is not received in our facility within 20 days, you will be billed additional charges.
This will be the difference between the original purchase price and the OEM?s current outright price plus 20%.
If the part is received within 31-90 days, a 50% credit will be issued on the additional billing invoice.
After 90 days, no credit will be issued.
PART OWNERSHIP
All parts remain the exclusive property of Reliant, Inc. until full payment of invoice is received.
Failure to pay invoice in full may result in the part being repossessed and or legal action against the buyer and or their customers.
All collection/attorney fees will be charged to buyer.
STORAGE FEES
Storage charges do not include electrical hookup.
In case where Reliant is responsible for shipping charges and the customer is not able to provide shipping address at the time of order or within 5 days of payment will be charged storage fees. Buyer must arrange for merchandise pick up, freight or shipping within 15 days of receipt of order. All customers paying for shipping are responsible for storage charges starting day 16 of receipt of order. All storage fees m
ust be paid prior to pick up or shipping. Storage will not be charged for the first fifteen days of the receipt of order.
Storage charges without electrical hookup are as follows:
per day for 4' x 4' x 4' or less
per day for 8' x 8' x 4' or less
per day 8' x 8' x 10' or less
per day for 10' x 14' x 10' or less
For all other item sizes or if items need power call for pricing.
