Will usually ship within 1 business day after receiving payment. We use DHL for USA (2-3 days), Canada (2-3 days), Asia and other locations outside europe. For destinations in Europe we use normally Post NL, but we can also arrange fast shipment if needed.

Commercial buyers from EU will be asked to provide us their VAT number for 0% Invoice (Tax free intra community delivery).
Buyers from outside the European Union pay no VAT.
Buyers from The Netherlands and private buyers from EU-countries have to pay 21% VAT, please contact us before purchasing/payment, so we can provide you the invoice with the correct amount. 21% of the total amount on the invoice will be added to the invoice.
Return policy:
All items have been tested before shipping it out. Return the purchased items if item is not working. Please contact us first before sending the item back. Contact us within 14 days after receiving the item.
Guarantee:
The guarantee is 3 months for all our items. We are not responsible for any damage or financial loss caused by systems with our refurbished parts built in. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do the commissioning before taking the system into operation.
