1940's Gibson Ultratone Lap Steel Slide Guitar White For Restoration AS-IS

Fresh on the market! may make a nice winter project for the right person. I will try to help answer any questions however I am not A guitar guy.
What I know, pots were froze I had A local repair shop free them up but that is it. He said it has A loose wire however it be best to rewire the whole guitar. He bench tested it and it does work however it still may need new pots. The ones in have some corrosion and rust.
The plastic cover on the bottom is broke off, front is holding on still but not buy much. Fret board has some warping as shown and crack near some of the screws. It was stored for years in a basement with moisture as you can tell.
This is sold as-is parts repair or restore. If you buy it plan on keeping it as there is no returns.
